About Renée Phillips

Renee Phillips

Renée Phillips is a New York based artist, best-selling author and motivational speaker recognized internationally as “The Artrepreneur Coach”. She has presented keynote speeches throughout the U.S. in many art institutions such as the Art Institute of Chicago, American Museum of the Moving Image, and Heckscher Museum.

She inspires her audiences to follow their creative passion.

Her equally inspiring, one-of-a-kind Jewelry of ART pieces are collected and treasured by women who experience “a feeling of feminine power” from wearing them.

She is the founder and director of Manhattan Arts International www.ManhattanArts.com and has curated more than 50 exhibitions in NYC, including two at Lincoln Center, and the annual Healing Power of ART online exhibition.

She was the publisher of Manhattan Arts International magazine from 1983-2000. She writes regularly for www.ManhattanArts.com and Professional Artist magazine.

She is a member of the International Association of Art Critics, Pen & Brush, and American Society of Journalists & Authors.

Renée's painting “Field of Dreams” is featured in the book "Acrylic Innovation: Styles & Techniques Featuring 64 Visionary Artists by Nancy Reyner, published by North Light Books.

Renée attended The Art Students League and F.I.T. in New York, NY. Her award-winning paintings, which have been exhibited in NYC, are in hundreds of private and corporate collections.
